Hi lads,gone for Glen Savage 1630 hrs Newbury,nothing to do with the name btw.Trainer has a great record in this and the horse is superbly bred,with Frankie on top it all bodes well for a forward show.

I know this is slightly off topic,but the Hunter Chase looks to be all about the long odds on.Two reasons to look elsewhere,Skinto has tipped it and the rider fell off a 1/6 poke.
Probably won't happen again but I think Winged Crusader is overpriced at 33s and 16s 1st three,good trainer & rider,decent form and the ratings don't count as much as these facts. |

Was toying with the idea of putting up Aussie Valentine again in the last at Tipperary, same reasons as lto, hasn't ran very often here but has a good record, I think 2 wins and 2 places from 4/5 runs, has a 2lb pull with Matilda and that horse had benefit of a couple of runs, only 13/2 to 8/1 at the minute which I think is a bit short for EW in the comp so will probably leave it.

I'm going for twice a daay 10 pt win 6pm southwell, 11/2 just now
Liked its run 2 runs ago at wolver over 6 then showed good pace at chelmfosrd last time over 6f, just fading in last half furlong If it takes to the surface it should go close stepped back to 5f |
