Hi Shane, I will be trying to recruit for the Mob as dunter is a no-show, do you want a replacement for FCH or are you happy to continue on wildcards for now?
By:
Good luck today. Miracles too much to expect but even moving up one place would be good.
Doncaster is a very fair track and should afford some opportunities next week. |
By:
Good luck today guys.
By:
Hopefully we`ll climb a place or 2 today. Good luck troops.

Afternoon ud - If we have a napster waiting to join the comp i`d be happy
for them to become a Pin. Just one criteria, they must select a horse using the tried and tested method of sticking a pin in blindfolded. If no one is lined up, happy to proceed as we are. You`re doing a cracking job by the way ![]() ![]() |
By:
Nice one Andrew, we`re on the move
![]() |
By:
Well done Andrew
![]() Hopefully get the double up later on ![]() |

Well done Andrew
I was in a Betfred shop this morning and I noted one of his specials being your selection and Enable in a double, so that paid for my tea. Nice one! |
By:
Unlucky with Art Power.
By:
Well done to Andrew in getting us that extra point. Who knows how important that might be.
Don't know what to make of Art Power, he seems to have gone from a quick sprinter to a slow one. At least he didn't repeat his previous run. |
By:
Well done Andrew
Rotten luck with yours Shane, surely would have won had the gap not closed on him. |
By:
We live to fight another day troops.
By:
Yes George, nearly. Was going to go e/w as i took 10`s on it
By:
Very unlucky Shane , looked sure to win about a furlong out.
By:
Shane, looks like we would have needed a 20-1 winner just to move up a place or two
![]() Fair to say we faced some strong competition this week! ![]() Second overall, so it's not all bad. |
By:
It crossed my mind George, i did look at some around 33`s
As you said, a good start in second place. Hopefully regain top spot in round 3 ![]() |

Backed a couple in the bumpers last night but both have subsequently halved in price and given one race is an 8 runner field - you can bet on one coming out - it is probably worth waiting and seeing what Doncaster has to offer. It looks like a much better quality week.

Good luck in the bumpers dd.

A small loss. Getalead followed Cloudbridge on Saturday in running out of track. On another day both might have won. The Irish one went 18/1-6/1-25/1. With that sort of pattern you are wishing you had a cash out option. I didn't. He was ridden to best advantage and still regressed massively on his debut run, a run I doubt he will ever reproduce again.
At least no damage done in the competition. I have had an early dart on Onassis at Doncaster on Wednesday. Much, if not everything, depends on the ground. Fingers crossed the rain stays away. |

Good afternoon Guys,
Thanks. I was happy with the Richard Hannon winner, but as for FCH and Art Power .......... he had one job to do ![]() Only kidding FCH (if you're looking in). Seriously i thought he was a safe EW with a decent chance of winning (finished 4th). Good luck to all of us this week, we can turn it around. ![]() |
By:
Aye, reclaim top spot too
![]() |

Was thinking about putting up Onassis but although the ground should be okay have had a close look at the opposition and there is no obvious pace. It could easily turn into a farce. If you could guarantee a proper pace she should be a 5/1 chance. Both her wins give her every chance and the defeats were a direct result of no pace and her track position giving her no chance.
Will also be watching out for a two-year-old at Cork but that's more each-way extra material. |
By:
The draw definitely cost Onassis the place, and maybe the win. When your luck is out there isn't much you can do.
At least I didn't put her up. |
By:
Think we`ll have all 8 selections Saturday.
By:
china - if we don`t recruit a new member by Friday noon. Please select
a wild card entry as well as your own. |
By:
Ive gone for serial eyecatcher National League in the 3.45 Doncaster who has looked to me on all of his last 6 starts like hes crying out for this trip on course that favours his style of running. 5 ew.
