3 returns today with suffolkpunch doing best with a £15.24 return from his £1.20 share of Lingfield's £12.70 dividend and as a result takes a narrow lead this month. Over at Catterick qqking got a 78p share and Aquarius a 26p share of their £14.50 dividend for returns of £11.31 and £3.77 respectively

A couple of returns yesterday; suffolkpunch gets a 60p share of Kempton's £35.60 dividend for a £21.36 return and as a result he breaks through the £100 barrier for the month. Meanwhile at Wincanton qqking gets a 26p share of their £32.90 dividend for a £8.55 return

A couple of returns today; at Newbury qqking gets a 26p share of their £201.10 dividend for a return of £52.29, the largest return of the month and which is enough to take this month's lead even although suffolkpunch got a 15p share of Lingfield's £13.60 dividend producing a £2.04 return.

I see no reason to change the rules to allow 2 placepots in one day. With 48 hour declarations on the flat, I don't think it should be too difficult to post selections. For example I had worked out my placepot for Sunday at Huntingdon by 11.00 today. I know I and others will be absent at various times in the year and will not be posting for a week or more; that is just one of these things. It is a fun competition and I hope nobody takes it too seriously. No such leeway is allowed for example in the Naps competitions and I think it would just cause unnecessary problems in scoring etc. |

Nothing from this afternoon's placepotters but Southwell is still available for suffolkpunch to try and overtake qqking for this month's victory

No show from suffolkpunch today so the table remains as was, with qqking winning this month's competition although with a total that wouldn't even have managed 4th place last month; but a win is a win and congratulations to qqking and also suffolkpunch for at least getting into three figures.
