He didn't manage to stay above the £30 mark but ItsMeSwaddle is no less a very worthy champion for all that. A £27 profit from a 33% strike rate is no mean feat, taking in a 10/1 and 8/1 along the way. Superlative.
de44ek4 did a tidy job in coming second with more than £16 from just six winners including an 8/1 and two 6/1s. In third we send up Outside The Box, at one time our leader and ending with a great 51% strike rate. Little and often was the keynote, although he did kick off with a 14/1.
Bringing up the rear is youresomean, an evens winner today,
Flemski, an odds-on winner today and the napster with the month's highest strike rate of nearly 58%, and Inside The Box who luckily follows his stablemate upstairs by taking the extra slot caused by a retirement. That's all four of the Box stable gone on to better things. Well done to you all and the best of luck in your new home.
We cannot let the day pass without shouts to today's other winners: unluckyStu, up seven to 13th with the 10/1 Nordic Passage, undecided, who just missed out on promotion, ending in seventh with Caswell Bay at 7/1, and odds-on winner Theresa Croude.
