Massive congratulations to our latest champion, our fabled Premier Division settler lmlac! No luck on the final day, but he still ended the month with more than £12 in his kitty, the key being his early 10/1 score, from which he never really looked back.
It's great to see bluenose7 ascend towards greatness again with a similar steady performance, his best being a couple of 6/1s.
Like our champion, Baz_Man is bouncing straight back to the second, a deal sealed in the second half of the month after a first-half drought. It was all rounded off by a splendid 9/1 at the end of last week.
I am also really happy to see nellie1970 go back upstairs, just because she's a feisty competitor, capping her run with an odds-on win today. Two 13/2s were the main ingredients of her promotion-winning form.
Our nell was one of only two winners today, but the other was an important one. A 7/4 slung newcomer Alex Bird up a couple of places to fifth. Promotion is a pretty great result for someone who only joined after a week, but he quickly announced his intent with an 8/1 on day two and its been sure but steady ever since.
What is interesting is that the napster with the highest strike rate, posy, ended outsisde the top five . - 42% wasn't quite enough to prevent being dislodged from fifth by old Alex. Hard luck.
The top four didn't even get above a 30% strike rate. There's a lesson for us all there. Quality counts.
Hard luck everyone else. Not the greatest of months, paling against previous humdingers. But they all count. Anyway, big thanks to everyone for having a go, and for your messages, and I hope you'll all return refreshed for another go in August!

Yes Reged I sneaked into top 5---But Pat's Plaything (my first team!!) drop from div 2 !!--plan was to have two in Div.two
