Everyone if they took the time to read the rules properly would know fine well you could pick from Meydan - its there in rule 2 I think without looking em up

I THINK Smirnoff is more or less right,though the website is confusing. Not every meeting at Meydan is part of the Festival/Carnival but as far as I can make out it starts with a meeting in Jan and then takes in every card there till March 10th.

correct - doesn't include their big night which is slightly confusing but I'm sure settlers have allowed that meeting as well in the past but either way doesn't take too much time and effort to look these things up.

p.s its now called carnival rather than festival so maybe a tweak there for the settlers to change wording and maybe include World Cup as that appears to be another carnival under the new packages all in itself

Meydan carnival is allowed as in rule 2 , but as hardly anyone ever picks there it would be silly to have it as a normal day. The Meydan carnival meetings are the Thursday meetings from January onwards and the 2 big Saturday meetings in March ( 10th and 31st this year ).

Personally I would have just British and Irish meetings in to make things simple.

as you will see, not all qualify, including tomorrow's. And the last one, the big World Cup night, qualifies because it is the final act of the carnival. As the Dubai site says The Dubai World Cup Carnival leads to the season-ending Dubai World Cup day, the richest day of racing in the world.
