A shame things ended up marred by the terrible crash at Kempton.
I'm sure all our thoughts are with the two jockies badly affected. Fingers crossed they make a speedy recovery.
It's hard luck on those that stood a chance of promotion but sadly understandable under the circumstances.
Anyway, very well done to our eventual leader salmon spray, who nicked it on the final day with the shortest of shorties after yesterday's 16/1 stonker. Very well done on that mr s.
If only I'd followed your example. 
And well done to all the others going upstairs as the result of genuine promotion and retirements among the heavenly gathering. Some old hands returning to former glory among those 10. Happy for you, sorry to see you go.
Not the best of months - even our top man couldn't get into double-figure profits, even though he had one of the month's rare bonkeroonis. The sprayer's final shot was hard luck on bottomline, who notched the highest strike rate of the month of 54%. but was just nudged down to second.
A word too for Andrew In Sweden, another consistent winner with a 41% strike rate who ended in fifth. Just below him is the inestimable top2rated, who goes upstairs courtesy his single winner at 33/1! 
raspberrrybottom deserves an honourable mention for the 14/1 that gave him upward momentum Sadly another 14/1 striker, Sing when ur winning, was not so fortunate.
And of course commiserations for barstool. who followed up a 12/1 winner a week ago with John Biscuit at 9/1 today. Nowhere near enough for promotion but a fine winner all the same.
