posy i always back my naps  and i always  lay my lays other wise   i would be wasting my time
re this one hour rule ok today  i forgot..
but   i know its nonsense.. why take the books on course or the big four  in the high street.. they dont care what price the nag was at say 9.00 in the morning  or 12.30 in the afternoon.. the only price that matters   and is  very  accurate is when the nags are being loaded we have all seen em in the paddock and going down to post  all the bets .. back or lay or in ..... how much is on the race.. with that info   its easy   MR Reged  would make more profit  if he dropped the one hour rule .. but thats his choice
