Pass the smelling salts! Not one, but TWO smackobiggeroonies!
It's not often you see two winners over 20/1 on the same day. This is a day to remember.
Before I actually saw the table I expected to see swifty toppled from his perch. Not quite. But lmlac is now less that two squidlies behind after nailing Ad Vitam at a stupendous 22/1. Our hero shoots 10 places up to second.
But I've saved the best till last, because Fidway scored a gutbusting 25/1 on Temple Road. What a great nap. And what a great leap from the fearsome depths of the table to eighth.
Out of this world naps guys. Drinks are on you!
Back among the proletariat, another great score as Raspberrybottom hit on Sheila's Buddy to earn a corking 8/1.
Seems a shame such a good score only lifted him four out of the mire, but them's the breaks.
Elsewhere, Sing when ur winning and alphabeta earned 5/2 on the same nag: the warbler unfortunately was still knocked back one to third by lumy (or lacy, takle your pick) , while the letters man managed at least to cling on to sixth. And JBNAY scored 9/4 to climb four to joint tenth. Phew! Think I'll have a little lie-down now.
