Sorry for the poor service the last couple of days, but I was struck down by an almighty and deathly fever.

Anyway, seems to have passed now so a return to normality is called for pronto. You can tell it was bad, yesterday is the first time I havent written about the results since I started. A shame since we had a nice crop of Friday winners, headed by DFCIRONMAN's 6/1

and top2rated keeping himself above the £30 mark with a 2/1. There was also a gaggle of aspirants collecting just outside the transportation zone.

I've had my eye on one of them for a while now, Whippin Piccadilly, who has been threatening to break into the transportation zone for a long time. He finally made it yesterday, and made it in style, Prince Bishop returning a splashidoshus 14/1 for his fifth winner on the bounce.

That shot the whipmeister up six to second with a total that looks certain to get him upstairs at this stage. Very well done.

Another going great guns is the aforementioned spinach eater, his second on the bounce, Lets Hope So, earning him a handsome 4/1 to consolidate his fourth place.

These guys are getting hard to catch.

bluenose7 continues to advance, the 9/2 Sheriff of Nawton shooting him up six to 15th.

And motseel sits on the edge of elevation, up one to sixth on a shortie.

Three days to make a difference guys. Best of luck to the Sunday sorcerers.
