That's 5 of us played and probably 3 who will go on Sat. That's about the right balance imo. As I said the rounds last for two weeks so I will have a look at where we are at the end of the 1st week and SUGGEST ( no more ) a possible strategy. |

 hoof hearted and Lampus to go. Remember the cut-off is 3.00PM and if you are picking after that you should nominate a reserve in case your first choice is a n/r. If you haven't posted by 2.45 I may well use a wildcard as I will be around tomorrow,which may not be the norm on subsequent Sats. |

It's just struck me yyw could nominate a reserve. I don't think the rest of us can for her. I am finding this rule a bit awkward but apparently some people asked for it last time the comp was run. Don't think it was me but it's so long ago I can't remember.

yyw was more on the ball than me. SHE has posted a reserve selection. hoof hearted has posted one at 3.05 ( Could you put them up on here as well please hh.). He and Lampus CAN both post a reserve. I notice DeSSie has tried to sneak in a reserve selection for one of the thieves who didn't. I'll try and clear this up.

I've put up Emirates Joy in the 6.00 at Wolves as reserve for hoof hearted ( not very inspired but hopefully we won't need it ). hh if you do see all this I'm afraid you can't change the reserve as I have agreed I could put it up on that basis.

... and speaking of doing things EW, I've only just realised that I did my reserve, reserve as a EW when, at 7/2, it should have been a win. I've thrown myself on UD's mercy over the main thread... fingers crossed. |

I apologise for not putting my selection on here - I am sure I copied and pasted it , that said it was early in the morning after a rare heavy night out - I should know better at my age.  I will be contributing/posting on the team thread - I may be a Newbie for the Humbugs but have been in the competition for many years when in the former Northern Punts team. Catch you all next week |
