I have it confirmed how that SIX will be going up to Div 2 this month because of a retirement in Div 1. That opens up interesting possibilities for the final day because it's quite tight below that sixth place so there are real possibilities. If Grok fails to deliver tomorrow, for instance, madhatters and bettysboy would get in on a non-runner! So there's everything to go for guys!

One napster who did himself a big favour was today's top gun eccentric (our three newcomers have done pretty well in their maiden month!), whose designs on Goochypoochyprader   paid off handsomely with a 9/2 return. That pushed the odd one up a place into fifth and a very strong chance of elevation. Nice wun Mr E!

It's great to see deadbrain59 back in the fold at last, having forked out for a new 'puter, but having made a spectacular return he didn't post a nap - maybe still trying to work out the intricacies of Windows 8. So, his last opportunity to have a last race favourite run for him turned up trumps again instead, Byroness  coming home at 13/8. That puts DB up a place to second and it'd be a brave man indeed who bet against him going on to "better" things. Grok too won on the LRF option to jump three into that still vulnerable fifth spot.

But keep an eye out for madhatters, who's been knocking in the winners pretty regularly. One last shove mads and I reckon you're in! Today he took the "easy" (or, as we now call it, the Prem Div option) of an odds-on winner that left him standing still. But s similar shortie might just be the ticket tomorrow.

Elsewhere:
timboroa won 7/2 on Gabbiano,  sadly slightly reduced by an R4, but still enough to push him up four places to 13th....
One Shot 2 Shot went with Emperor's Choice  and came back with 9/4 to climb three ...
feed the goat.............................. also won on the LRF to jump five places.

They are accurate but a tad misleading mads. -0.14, the price you would theoretically have to back at to win, is indeed less than -0.05. Geddit? ie, What the figs are saying is that your nag can return a slightly shorter price than bb's - his winner would have to return 10p more than yours (to beat you - 9 to draw level, which is the diff between the two figs)
