Bad luck on two tries tonight.
de44ek4 went long and we may well need one at that sort of price. the dealer was right about his shortening,but unfortunately it was 2nd. barney said he was moving this weekend and I haven't heard from him so I think we assume he will be a no-show. Anybody who has one PLEASE put up a wildcard or the threat is I will be picking at Wolves. And if you think I'm clueless on turf.........  |

I am not unhappy about having 3 in The Hennessy tbh,given that we need a decent price winner from somewhere. So go for it if you want Lampus. I think we can take it twm won't want to play in that. If Deep I has the winner I will sanction 4.

Make that 7 Lampus.
Seriously it couldn't be much worse as we didn't score a single point. twm didn't even get a run as Wolves was abandoned halfway. Not much we could do about that. I could have put one up at Mountaineer Park or Delta Downs but I don't think ud would have been impressed. The only slight silver lining is that the Thieves are not first despite their 20-1 winner. The Newbies were more consistent. When I can bring myself to look at the table I will try and work out how we ought to play it this final week. |
