There's no quarter being given as our two leaders slug it out like prizefighters. Today N-east Correspondent got the upper hand by clinging to Gull Rock  (eugh! all that guano!) which returned 5/4 to send him back to the top. It was pauli's turn to just miss out with a second place. Who'll land the biggest blow tomorrow I wonder?

Not a particularly exciting day otherwise. Our top napster was GAVBEN, with history repeating itself as his final instruction returned a winner - the 100/30 My Legal Lady,  lifting him 10 places up the table. However, I haven't seen Gav around for a few days - seems he's gone awol again.

In the absence of anyone landing big winners, MOB has certainly profited from his short-priced winners, today's 10/11 job  lifting him up two into fourth and knocking bluenose7 out of the places. Poor blue, no internet connection at such a crucial time! Is he just going to miss out on promotion again?

At the other end khyber kim, who also backed Gull Rock,  gained two spots while Lusitano71's odds-on fifth winner in eight days lifts him another four places. But short-priced wins for [b]mini me and BillyWhizzle made[/b] no impression on their standings.
