Thanks for the update Reged. Well done to the 12 winning napsters today. Especially well done to top2rated (20/1) and swift-tuttle (8/1). Great naps lads.
.
What a lovely crop of winners. We're going so well that we not only boast the two highest earners in the comp, but five of the top seven. Pretty damn hot for the basement division!
Top shooter today, top2rated, followed a 5/1 winner yesterday with the 20/1 stunner Wannabe King: you tryin to tell us something top2? The victory had a little of the gloss rubbed off by the rule 4 deduction of £2 for the withdrawal of Sam Sharp. But it means that in two days top2 has shot up 12 places to second and, on £22, he can indeed start to harbour thoughts of ousting the luckless china from his castle. The difference is a mere £17! Big round of applause folks.
And, since it was in the Tenants Lager Handicap, have a virtual six-pack on me top2!
But there were plenty of other pricey winners. khyber kim made his place in the sunshine a little more secure with the 11/2 Dinkum Diamond, his fourth winner in a row. Down in gloomsville swift-tuttle landed Nemushka at 8/1 to be the day's second highest earner and end a long barren period. He leaps 13 places into mid-table respectability.
shanelee1966 finally got bragging rights over his dad by picking the 4/1 Prince Alzain while Nijinsky could only score with the 9/4 Penang Pegasus. I think I'm right in saying that's the first time shane has risen above his dad since Nij joined last month. Hope you rubbed it in Big S!
Shane's pick was also the instruction choice of the absent bosstipper, pushing him six places further from the bottom where he once propped up the division. LordyLordy ended a barren spell with Cyril The Squirrel - not happy about that actually Lordy cos I laid it! Bloody squirrels - pests!
MOB stays becalmed despite his third winner in a row, the 2/1 Dannios, while Weaver Fish and his chums Billy Whizzle and Red Hand all took 11/8 on Selfara. However, because of the way these things work, Weaver stayed where he was while Billy and Red moved closer to him - in positions rather than cash of course. And the last of our napping heroes today was Cloughie1 with his sixth winner in seven naps, the 5/4 Prince Regal.
Excellent napping lads and lasses, making this division the envy of the tipping world! May the sun shine on all your endeavours Wednesday!
