It was a wonder anyone managed to score on day like today, with meeting after meeting going down the plughole. Throw in the odd-non-runner and no-show and it's a pretty slim list! But it does throw up a terrific 12/1 winner from berniedinneen - hot diggity doo! Big slap on the back for that.

It puts him neatly into the scrap zone (NO not heap!) in second place, not quite enough of a win to topple madhatter, who was hit by a non-runner.

zipper scored his third winner in a row at 2/1 - five winners in the last six days is HOT! Good also to see ged get a 13/8 shot home - just what was needed. Trancemitter_One took advantage of one of the day's most popular picks among the divisions (yup, me too!), the 2/1 Afsare, while khyber kim may not be setting the bank balance alight but is neverthless ever creeping up nearer the promo zone. Well done winners!

I have a great deal of symnpathy for those robbed by the weather today, but the exception is KBGJ, for whom I have no sympathy whatsoever (soz

). Had he but looked a few posts up the thread as he put down his Haydock runner this afternoon he would have seen my big bold message saying the meeting was off. It really is a good idea to cast a quick eye over the thread when you are posting. When i can, I try to keep you informed of anything that might affect your naps, and shane does as well.

Go forth and multiply tomorrow peeps!
