here 4.10 monlochy bay14/1 nap bet 365......trainer fired in a winner he other day rating dropper hopefully suited by the quicker ground....race loooks wide open to be honest, would rather go for a chunky priced one......that titchy strider nhf form still leaps out, but horse just never built on it, will have to leave it alone

Market Rasen 3.20 Midnight Sail 11/8 Hills nap

Beaten a length by a 125 rated horse last time out and been left on 117 which is very kind of the hcper. That was a 0-135 race and has now been dropped into a 0-120 affair with the step up in trip looking ideal on this ground. Has to get his jumping up to scratch here as mistakes at this quick track can cost you dear but im sure he has had been schooled more since so heres hoping he can defy what looks on form a lenient mark.

Hereford 4.10 Is It Me

A very interesting race, had marked two off to start with Finsk Rose  & Munlochy Bay who are both starting to look well handicapped then I saw Is It Me's form, its had five runs after having nearly a year off & has dropped 13lb in the handicap, the trainer also has Coolagad Wonder both fancied as they are around 5/1 in the betting, has Paul Maloney picked Coolagad & is it the trainers first choice ?
The latter is weighted up to its best & has been running in class 5's
Is It Me has been running in class 3 & 4's
The jockey Miss Watson claims another 7lb so the horse is running off 85 tomorrow, is the jockey any good ?
Her last ride was here at Hereford in which she rod a a winner so more than capable, the horses best runs have all been around 2 1/2 miles, all but one of its comeback races have been over shorter the one over 19f was his best to date, has won on the ground also, everything there for a big run.
