Going for Dream Ahead in the Dewhurst.  I can't split him and Frankel and as Dream Ahead is 11/4 at the moment that seems a value bet to me.
Good luck all.  I've been invited along to Peterborough v Swindon this afternoon so won't be around.

sorry guys, was beat when it fell, though not convinced how successful that fence move is gonna be, especially in bigger field races.

seems we are 2 picks light still, i will try and put another one up later, anyone else about?

fundamentalist, I'm reluctant to give another selection given my losing run on here is starting to build, but I'll go with Motrice if we're short of a selection.

Or has anyone else got something at a better price they'd like to put up?

BB - Its not looking good for Dundee , they are praying most creditors will forego their monies due to enable the club to survive. The taxman will certainly not do that so unless a white knight comes riding in, this could be serious.

WD Ra - Any news on the managers market price?

I`ve decided to stick with Morestead 3:25 - 10pts win.
Its more than capable of taking this class 4 chase.
Only other horse i fear is Take A Mile. Lets hope it goes one better than last time.

Going for the second most exciting horse in Hobbs' yard, Captain Chris - 3.35 Chepstow.

The most exciting horse in the yard [;)] is being pararded there after the first - the racecourse has invited us all along, but I can't make it.  Potential rematch with Denman in the Hennessey on the cards.

Best of luck all selecting today.  Nice one earlier in the week RN.

I've decided to abandon my policy of waiting until the Saturday to lose my 10 points and instead, as soon as I have an inkling for one, whatever the day, just post it up.

I've gone with Prince James in the 4.50, Catt (EW). The early signs are that he's better on polytrack than turf.  However, perhaps he's worth another chance on turf, especially as he has been dropped 3 pounds.

I was surprised to see him in a claimer the other day when he was badly in on the figures against Matsunosuke, but he was possibly unlucky not to win given he got blocked in his run.

He's not proven on the ground, stall 3 could be tricky given they're coming stands side, and Spittin' Mick may have another plan, but at about 10s with the books, it's where my pin has landed.

Well done, Shane. I'm pleased one of us knew!
One half-decent priced winner and you could be in with a chance of promotion. Good luck!
