Going for Dream Ahead in the Dewhurst. I can't split him and Frankel and as Dream Ahead is 11/4 at the moment that seems a value bet to me.

sorry guys, was beat when it fell, though not convinced how successful that fence move is gonna be, especially in bigger field races.

fundamentalist, I'm reluctant to give another selection given my losing run on here is starting to build, but I'll go with Motrice if we're short of a selection.

krl - i read today that the Bluenoses have gone into administration. A sad day for sure, hopefully it'll all end well for them.

I`ve decided to stick with Morestead 3:25 - 10pts win.
Its more than capable of taking this class 4 chase. Only other horse i fear is Take A Mile. Lets hope it goes one better than last time. |

I've decided to abandon my policy of waiting until the Saturday to lose my 10 points and instead, as soon as I have an inkling for one, whatever the day, just post it up.
I've gone with Prince James in the 4.50, Catt (EW). The early signs are that he's better on polytrack than turf. However, perhaps he's worth another chance on turf, especially as he has been dropped 3 pounds. I was surprised to see him in a claimer the other day when he was badly in on the figures against Matsunosuke, but he was possibly unlucky not to win given he got blocked in his run. He's not proven on the ground, stall 3 could be tricky given they're coming stands side, and Spittin' Mick may have another plan, but at about 10s with the books, it's where my pin has landed. |
