Racing Demons - next week (21-27 Nov) will be the last this year as far as our team is concerned, as we don't qualify for the mini champions league.
I have yet to finalise plans for next year but I'd like to keep it going in some form, probably to start back at the end of Jan/beginning Feb. It hasn't been the best of years for us but I hope you enjoy it anyway and will return to have another go next year. cheers |

Good luck today team, we are in a good position so hopefully will go on to secure 1st place this afternoon. I have gone for Elna Bright in 2.30 Ling, won the race last year but went wrong in his last run. If he sound and hopefully gets the strong pace he requires, he should be closing them down at the finish.

WD "guys" on getting points on board.....Mine threatened a wee bit ....but looks like going was too much for it today in this class of race...probably wins next year on GOOD going!

Was torn between 2 in same race ..but plumped for 2.55 Aintree - Pliny EW.....instead of EIGHTEEN CARAT.....For once I hope I guessed right 1 or 2

I worked out that MCCAIN was likely to get a winner last night at AINTREE.......found EIGHTEEN CARAT ....looked to have many factors in favour ....then went for PLIGNY this morning .....
Happening far too often when I choose wrong one of 2 UD.....but that is horse racing ...we all do this ...well the good napsters like my team members I'm sure do ...except they choose the right one more often than I do! [smiley:crazy]GL with rest of selections guys. |

I layed DENMAN last night ...based on going being a lot softer than it is.....the ease in going does give it a chance to win .....but also gives horses like BARBER SHOP a better chance today....

Thanks PDB for all your energy input on the TEAM and also on the other competitions. I hope your dad is improving , though from what you posted earlier this will be a difficult time for you and your family.
Thanks as well to UD re running TEAM comp ....very impressive the way you have all the selections on last day each week.......Hope you are getting a few winners off some of the other TEAMS anyway Best wishes to all team members over Xmas and NEW YEAR.....at least things can only get better....I hope !!!! |

Cheers UD ....not good enough probably for promotion ....but good in annual comp where targets set on.......Need to hit more like that one ...as some pretty fierce competition within striking range....all it needs is 50-1 Sp shot...

Sad news PDB .....Feared the worse when you initially posted.......and did not ask how your dad was doing,as his condition was very poor from your post. Hoping you and your family will get through this horrible time and have no more blows in coming year.
