All we need is a half-decent return from the last two and we should take the week.

Buggger! I had a quid ew L31 with an 8-1 and 10-3 winners, two 8-1 places and I was waiting on Richard Hughes (big mistake!) on Encircled in the last at Wolves. Beaten for third in the last stride after trading no offers! Cost me 2 grand.

OK maybe not 2grand (slight exagerration) but had a big single on it too. Wouldn´t mind so much but I backed Kames Park last time.

Unfortunately these AW races are all about pace mully. Last night Kames Park had no pace to go at and today I thought it would be the same. Unfortunately I was wrong.

Duke of puke, I have to ask you ask you a question - I´m a little drunk or otherwise i would probably just suppress it. Is there any reason why you feel the need to make a selection in the most difficult handicap of the week, every week? A return in a novice hurdle at Sedgefield gives us the same points, and you the same kudos.

just something I´ve noticed.

the reason why is this i also do the big race comp and have got the winner a few times in that

also been doing quite well in the A/W comp but picking the right one is the problem

probably from now will go for better value easier chance of winning horses if that is going to help the team

but what i will do is this i wll post here my main pick i.e. the better value easier chance of winning nag and also what i would of gone for each way in a harder race just to see how things go

gone for blackstairmountain against dunguib.

i can't have the horse at evens, based on the fact that he's some kind of wonder horse. the opposition is not that bad so he's got to be amazin at that price. its assumed he can just saunter home off what i believe
will be a blistering pace on decent ground and jump flawlessly with
the young boy riding him when he's basically a very strong galloper
who probably gets much further...we shall see.
not for me, so gone for this pony who won a mdn hurdle barley coming out of a trot.

Going each-way with Sir Harry Ormesher in the 4.00 Cheltenham, Really think this is a good horse, hopefully continues to improve today, but a big festival win is in the making if not this year next.

Hi lads, change of tactics for me this week, i think Big Bucks is vulnerable in the WH, cue a 20l win, and thought Karabak has to go well, so gone ew on it. I see another team has gone for it so at least we wouldnt lose ground should it win, so worth a poke.

Good shout TT, looks a solid ew bet and good win chance if BB goes the same way as Dunguib and MM.

Gone in early this week at Kempton this week, not really through choice though. My internet connection is down and I don´t know when it will be back - might not be before Saturday - so sitting in an internet cafe now. Just in case I forget about it.

Gone ew on a horse thats well handicapped and could win easily if it wants to. Hopefully it will be good enough for a place at least. We need to score some points. Hint hint.

Just a little whisper-plus the race is very poor on reflection :-) Thought it must be worth an e/w. I've put it on my blog too. 8/12 winners in the last two days...boom time! ;-)

A one-off week this week, obviously tactcs will need to come more to the fore although we only have to focus on one other team.

Im sure we all with have opinions as to how we play it this week.
I hope to play early in the week and try to get some points on the board for us early doors. Stating the obvious any late players on saturday will need to assess our standing i.e. its no point picking an evens shot if we are 100pts behind.

Get your heads into the formbook, and best of luck.

Gone for one tomorrow night, hopefully it will be a 4/1 -5/1 shot. As such I've gone each way as I will be dissapointed if he does not get a place.
