TTs points yesterday was a help, and we still have a realistic chance of a top half finish if we have a good final week.
I know via another comp that derhandy is going to be away this week. Uunless he posts early in the week, we may have a wild card to playas he has indicated that he will not be around until Saturday night. Watch this space. . . |

Unlucky gart, that was my bet of the day too. Really disappointed that it fell - it had jumped really well to then - and to get beat by a dodgy one like that was a surprise. Still think Sarde has a good staying chase in him and Maguire could have made more use of him today.

I think we can safely say we have a wild card for Derhandy - he's away (i'm aware via his a/w comp) Anyone fancy taking it - I couldnt pick my nose at the moment so exclude me from duty! |
|
By:
I´ll take it HH. If you agree I´ll put it on Dalradian in the last. Don´t fancy much else tbh.

I know I keep saying this and I´m probably becoming tiresome but why is it that nearly every week we have 5/6 selections saved for Saturday? Is it that everyone works during the week and you don´t have time to look?
I really think its the biggest reason why we have done so miserably for the past few months. I say it regularly that Saturday is the hardest day of the week to find winners - especially so when the cards are decimated by the weather - and there are very few uncompetitive races. Yet, every week, almost without fail we play catch up with selections in the biggest handicaps, when there are much easier pickings to be had during the week when plenty uncompetitive little races are run at gaff tracks and better value can be had. Personally, I usually show a profit for the weekday racing and rarely win on Saturdays. Gart, to his credit, is the only one who regularly posts selections early. I´m not getting at anyone, I just like to win. |

I pop the odd one in during the week if one jumps out at me, or Lucinda has something fancied mid-week. Sadly, she's had very few runners of late.

i feel there may be an "issue" with your pick today Mully
the horse that is! put its tail up and stopped. ? looking ahead to cheltenham week...i am fairly sure that given fair ground that i'm gonna pick Solwhit on the tues. Now that's what i call planning :) |

Going for Cass Bligh tomorrow at Gowran in the 2.10.
Looks like its a 2 horse race in my book, between Better Times and Cass Bligh. Better Times has had 2 runs over hurdles, and after being in the van got outpaced, which is no great surprise before staying on, where as Cass Bligh seems to be held up and come with a run. Arguably not much on the form between the pair, Cass Bligh did well on soft and heavy ground in NHF races, and that first run when a bit unlucky was on yeilding, and should be worth a stab against the fav for me on soft ground which it will get tomorrow. Davy Russel to hold and sweep through for some points hopefully. |

Hopefully TTO earlier points will be especially useful as it looks a tricky day on Saturday Best of luck tomorrow. |

put up Lifestyle in the mares bumper at sandy 3.40
odds on shot likely; but she looks very useful! |
|
By:
Going with another Clive Brittain runner today, Amtaar 5.40 Wolves E/W
I think Clive could have a good day and I like the fact the horse has imo the best All Weather jockey onboard. I also like a horse that has had atleast 3 runs in a Maiden. Good luck lads. |
|
By:
I've gone with one which scored for me before-Kealshore Boy. Best of luck.
