I don't pay attention all evening long, but how many races do Betfair just not put in-play? I must notice one per night at the moment. Add on those that are in-play late, and again those suspended after one lap. Jokers.

made a complaint on 29th august about mismanagement of usa inplay races and got this response
The Saratoga market was confirmed to have been suspended early. Our team have confirmed that whilst there were issues on the USA markets, they are aware of this and have advised that this issues should not happen again as this was due to internal technical failures. dont think they have kept there end of the bargain sadly........ |

Their excuse is simply bobbins. These are issues that have happened ever since they started putting US in-play. Problems seem to be getting more regular though.

Penn R1 not put inplay at all. Zia R9 didn't see exactly what happened, but looks like wasn't inplay for the full race? |

Neither of the first two races at Penn are even yet suspended. But there was next to nothing wrong for the last race at Zia. Doesn't make any sense to me.

Sorry, yes, R1,left the room and missed watching it ir, have some bets settled others not, can't see time bets were placed in settled bets ( voided) tab.

Not sure about that question. Whenever I've tried recently to find void bets, Betfair seem to just eradicate them entirely so I can't check stuff myself.

Yea I have voided lays that were put on pre off,on the runner up, suppose yuou just have to trust they have settled correctly.
That race caught me out, I watched it from before turn but it wasn't trading properly so Market was all over place. Anyway we move on. |

I had lay bets matched at 11.29pm, before the off as verified start time was 23:29:59, one bet was paid out as a winning lay but the other was voided? All lay bets showed as matched at the time the race started, how can this be acceptable? I'm currently waiting to see if the remaining £49 winnings will be paid as the market is under review 2 hours after the race? I've been using the exchange for 12 years and never thought it possible that a winning matched bet can just be voided?

Looks like they just cancel everything after advertised or actual off time?
Everything before that stands, tbh I complicated with having some late bets,was still betting mins after it finished, lol, and not even on winner.  I backed pre off and had ir lays that were matched but I lose, and as I was trying to back runner up at a big price in the run I feel like I have lost twice. Bedtime. |
