I was gonna suggest waiting till the 5 min to 2min mark to get your bet on the fave next at LAD but looks like you got the best price earlier when you bet good fortunes |

2 13.0. 4 at 5.3. Can see both of these closing like trains to win this. Both of 8's wire to wire victories were achieved from the rail draw. Could have it lot harder today from a wide draw. |

the fave at Presque next has its chance I thought ... but little value really .. i'll wait & see if it drifts .. |

Glad you see my point about the 8. What I do think it has going for it is the pace setup. Has a fair chance of getting the lead.

if the #8 is handed the lead .. it can win .. smart timer .. I might risk the #9 for a small lay here but prepared to have egg on my face lol

#2 was a great run .. got the slit late and challenged gamely .. they gave the #8 too easy a run in front ..
late post from me but I had my lay on the #9 locked in just slow with the typing lol ... I was concerned at the top of the straight but happy with the result ... didn't back the #8 in the end even though it drifted slightly |

2 at 2.2. Was tempted by the 3 because of the pace setup. I'm a little bit worried that the mud could be a problem for the 2, but all things considered, I think it's value at 2.2. |

have a bit of time on my hands till the 1st at PEN so can relax a little and gather some thoughts lol
#1 back to the turf and back 7f to 5f where it has been troubled before .. not for mine #2 3rd up and races spaced freshened around 39 days .. no published work in that time either .. but big chance if at best #3 down in grade here and I expect a strong showing if blasts to the lead from the gates #4 hard to see it matching the speed early and has knocked up in the pace they might run before .. dunno #5 3rd up should be near peak .. prefer over further though and unless they all collapse in front of it I would risk it I guess #6 fresh .. had a couple of works .. but unless its wet I'd be backing around it myself #7 consistent type .. might sneak under the guard of the market makers ... chance #8 can match them sort of with pace from the jump but not from the gate I don't think tricky race .. will just wait for the markets to settle I guess ... and see who might be value |
