a rare bet at parx in the second here
the 2 gets a great trainer chance, has hidden slop form way back when and gets pretty much the best jockey booking you can get here
no doubt be a 20-1 value loser but has a lot of upsides for the rag in the race

why are Hays and Woodard running both parts of the entry in race 2 at Beulah. Isn't the 1A good enough?

FWIW, I don't get the maths. Claim a sharp filly in October for $10,000 and keep it in training for nearly 3 monnths and run it for 60% of $3,900. That means they are $7,000 out of pocket without training fees etc even if she wins this race. I suppose to some connections, a winner is a winner but I would have thought a race with a bigger purse woiuld have been a normal target if they liked what they claimed.

Not a great race at Park, 2 pts place, 1pt win on the 6, value with the track as it is. Will run well or blow out, but fancy a good run if left alone.
