It's getting a little tiring educating you clueless lemmings on here. He gets 10% ONLY for his winning rides. These represent only about 24% of his total win money. His 10% earnings BEFORE "others" get paid out is only about $158K since he gets 10% of the winners share, you think his winning rides earned 1.58 million and his losing rides earned 4.9 million? WHAT AN IDIOT YOU ARE!! This isn't subjective....this is mathematics....YOU ARE DEAD WRONG....AND DUMB AS HELL |

If I’m a fraud posting on the financial forum but I KNOW that money is created as debt and you haven’t a clue, what is that make you?
If I’m a fraud posting on the financial forum but I KNOW that hyperinflation is not “huge inflation” nor a monetary event and you haven’t a clue, what is that make you? If I’m a fraud posting on the financial forum but I KNOW what CPI is and how is measured by National Statistics and you haven’t a clue, what is that make you? Here billy, I'll do it for you, this is HOW you came up with over $500K.
$6,547,865 X 0.10 = $654,787 deduct 20% for his Agent and VOILA....just over $500K WRONG....WRONG.....AND WRONG. |

YOU ARE BOTH WRONG !!!
Carmouche's income tax filing for 2010 was for net earnings of $297,655.79. Jockey income tax filings with the IRS are a matter of public record since they are classified as employees in the "gaming industry". Much like filings of those holding public office are a matter of public record. I suppose the US tax code is structured like that to deal in a transparent manner with the public perception issue of "ill gains" in certain professions or those in positions of power. Just fire an email request to the IRS and get your answer 72 hours later. http://www.irs.gov/ And both of you chaps post on the financial forum ? ![]() |
|
By:
I should have added that most of these fillings are what they call "pre-fillings" so that certain "allowable exemptions" can be approved. I have no idea what those are, I'm assuming it has to do with expenses.

By:
well done, melanie.....i'm not wrong as I never said Carmouche made 500K.....If I did, paste it and also name the thread (I know exactly what I said)...post it, comedian....I'm waiting
|

By:
bullsh1t you never posted that
you posted it when you were suggesting that there little incentive to cheat because they make so much and yes, I know, you already called in and had the thread already taken down I have news for you, billy, most people on here are awake, so fake emails, fake P/L statements and taken down threads won't get you too far. |

There are several great riders in U.K, too (Frankie, Moore, etc). As far as cheating goes, unlike UK racing, U.S. racing is straight-forward. There is little incentive not to try. There is no handicap mark to lower, prize money is excellent. The bottom level horses at Philly (horses rated around 55) race for 15K. Top riders at lowly Philly can earn 500k per year. Same goes for the trainers. Owners can make good profits with cheap horses, too. It's the pathetic prize money and the authoritarian handicapping system which make cheating a necessity for connections in the UK. directly lifted from the "where can I get U.S. for from".......Howie, learn to read. Is "can" a word you do not understand? |

This is according to thecomedian's brilliant math: he says Carmouche earned prize money of 1.58 million from 245 wins.....that means he earned about 4.96 million from the other 759 rides. do the math... 1.58 million divided by 245 = $6,448 ave purse earned per win 4.96 million divided by 759 = $6,534 ave purse earned per LOSS NewGuy, get a clue FFS. It's getting a little tiring educating you clueless lemmings on here. THIS GUY HAS TO BE A WIND-UP MERCHANT, RIGHT??? ![]() |

BTW, melanie....post a link to a screenshot of his 1040.....especially line 7 (wages)....shouldn't be a problem, unless you're lying
|

By:
You are asking me to post a screenshot of his 1040 IN A "PRE-FILLING" ?!? I'm astounded!!! You are either the forum's biggest tool or you've never earned a single dollar in the US to file for Federal taxes. The rubbish you continue to post on these forums feigning knowledge crossed over into EPIC territory several years ago. In the future, do your own research moron. The "I never said that" defense, when what you posted is already up on the forum in full view for all to see, makes you look pathetic. Don't expect a response from me any time soon, I'm finished with you, go troll someplace else. Don't follow me back to the financial forum either, it was a nice place to banter before you showed up with your vitriol and "I own silver" nonsense and poisoned it. TROLL.

Keep posting until yo0ur fingers fall off he gets 10% of all purse money any horse he rides earns plus a per mount fee.
nothing you post is going to change those 100% facts. but keep posting to the contrary. you are 100% wrong. |
|
By:
and I could careless what the muppet says he got from IRS.gov, net income is a far cry from gross income, who knows if that is a quarterly number or a bi annual number or the guy has a boatload of losses in the stock market- even if his tax returns were made public which I highly doubt.
contact the pennsylvania horsemen;s association at the link I provided, they will gladly tell you the norm is 10% of all purse money plus $30-$100/mount. |
|
By:
You gotta love NewGuy, ALWAYS wrong but NEVER in doubt.
P.S. billy, do you want to spank this guy on the "10% on ALL purse money" statement, or should I do it for? ![]() |
