One of my data providers has informed me that the web site is violating terms of agreement. I am still discussing things with them, and really hope something can be worked out, but I am not hopeful. I will let you know later this week. Apologies, |

Really gutted just started to understand the figures and had a nice few winners and finally show a profit !! and i just renewed my subscription has anyone got any other similar data providers as i really cant be bothered betting blind again or listening to the dickwads on atr blarting on about every favorite in every race and yahooing every time a 1/2 shot wins [:)] please help you can see my predicament

Hi people,
I am having serious trouble with one of the data providers who want me to start paying them a lot of money because, technically, I am commercially exploiting their data (this was never my intention - for me it was about sharing my ideas and passion for racing with others, getting feedback to improve the website and my methods, and getting some pocket money out of it). Everybody who is currently subscribed will be contacted about a refund if things can't be re-started. Apologies, |

Tried offering an advert promoting their services gm ? Could be they might agree to your site staying in place if you give them exclusive adverts if they believe enough users would pass through onto their main services.

Pull the other one. You set up a commercial enterprise which clearly violated the terms of agreement which probably said
the data was exclusively for non-profit personal use, not to be redistributed etc....
