Latekick finished and my playstation 3 stopped working, all on the same day 
i thought this site was owned by gm10(or something like that ) who posts on here sometimes
just got email from guy(gm10)
One of my data providers has informed me that the web site is violating
terms of agreement. I am still discussing things with them, and really hope
something can be worked out, but I am not hopeful. I will let you know later
this week.

thats a shame just logged on really like latekick as well

Really gutted just started to understand the figures and had a nice few winners and finally show a profit !! and i just renewed my subscription has anyone got any other similar data providers as i really cant be bothered betting blind again or listening to the dickwads on atr blarting on about every favorite in every race and yahooing every time a 1/2 shot wins [:)] please help you can see my predicament

I am having serious trouble with one of the data providers who want me to start paying them a lot of money because, technically, I am commercially exploiting their data (this was never my intention - for me it was about sharing my ideas and passion for racing with others, getting feedback to improve the website and my methods, and getting some pocket money out of it).
Everybody who is currently subscribed will be contacted about a refund if things can't be re-started.

It would have to increase by a very big amount (talking Zimbabwe inflation here). It's not looking good, sadly.

gm10 just use a bulletproof server and continue and keep your client base and word of mouth
(there is still no further news btw - they are reviewing the site and see if it can continue)
Tried offering an advert promoting their services gm ? Could be they might agree to your site staying in place if you give them exclusive adverts if they believe enough users would pass through onto their main services.
Pull the other one. You set up a commercial enterprise which clearly violated the terms of agreement which probably said
the data was exclusively for non-profit personal use, not to be redistributed etc....
It's a decent site but don't pretend it was anything other than a money making venture.

the data was exclusively for non-profit personal use, not to be redistributed etc....
It's a decent site but don't pretend it was anything other than a money making venture.

What possible good can that post do Ricky? Aside from the fact you are assuming an awful lot that you clearly don't know for sure, was there any need to post that?
Can it come back? 50/50 chance?
But the prices will have to be much higher, otherwise they'd be undercutting their own business. They offer basic PP's for $79 a month and that contains less data than what I offer.
And there definitely won't be any sharing of user accounts anymore!!!! You know who you are, and so do I. Some of them have even posted on this thread.

hope you get it sorted gm, its not as much fun without the latekick angle. Im not hitting as many long shots as i used too. 
can you not just add an encrypting formula to their data thus producing a different figure :)

to be fair to gm, i never asked for a refund, and i have always found him to be very fair in any dealings i had with him.i look forward to when the new format comes out gm
I miss the latekick stats, enjoyed studying them especially at the weekend. Can anyone recommend a site that has similar form and stats for the US racing? Many thnaks.
