Lindsay's Dream finished runner-up twice over hurdles 4 months apart starting out for new yard last season, but hasn't been finishing off her races since, and has a tough mark to contend with on return from an absence.

Edgefour has been proving very hard to win with in recent seasons over hurdles, but best effort for some time when runner-up at Worcester a month ago. Left on same mark, but no banker to go one better.

Osmosia is a bumper/hurdles winner who made a successful chase bow at Fontwell last month. Would have gone very close off a reduced mark back over timber but for a late fall at Plumpton, so a serious player.

Set In Her Ways is a stoutly-bred mare who won an Aintree bumper in May. Shaped as if in need of a stiffer test when in-frame both hurdles starts at Uttoxeter, and doesn't really get that here now handicapping.

Kings Equity showed improved form for Roger Curtis when winning 19f handicap hurdle at Newton Abbot in June. Only given her running once since, though, so others less risky back in trip.

She's Humble was successful twice in 17f handicap chases at Plumpton last season, but jumping has been a problem of late. Does at least have a lower hurdles mark to exploit. Engaged Plumpton 3.00 Monday.

Brunton Blue has shown improved form since sent handicapping, refusing to settle but still finished runner-up at Plumpton a month ago. Up 2 lb, and should be bang there again.

Downe Payment's form is patchy at best, finishing placed once from 4 starts in handicaps earlier this year. Dropped to a tempting mark on return, though, and now fitted with cheekpieces.

Fine the World was successful 3 times on Flat in Jersey, but form was no better than poor. Twice-raced over hurdles there also, winning a match in August, and hard to assess with confidence.

Timeform 1-2-3:
1. Osmosia
2. Brunton Blue
3. Downe Payment

Timeform View: Brunton Blue has gone with promise both starts in handicaps and commands respect again, but Osmosia is taken to atone for a final-flight fall at Plumpton last time. Downe Payment is also quite interesting on her return.
