I know the IW crowd was jerks to the Williams sisters back in 2001, but these days they are best tennis crowd in tennis. They show up, they don't do muggy chants and are not hostile to players.

What is clear is that if everything is going her way her actual ceiling on a hard court is very high. The problem of course is that in tennis conditions are infrequently optimal. She's getting close to the top ten and that might help keep her focused in for a while |
