Siegemund needs to get herself a proper doubles partner instead of a liability next time.

Shame that Siegemund choose on Krejcikova instead of Siniakova for the women's doubles at the start of the season.

no bra for Alize again.

This countdown show is a mess. Not sure if it's Alize's fault or they're giving her bad info.

This year they have sent out Laura to do interviews with French people speaking French when she doesn't.

Come back, Ash Barty!

By:
no need. Iga sucks on grass and she chokes at AO most years. she's not much better at USO. this is the slam she dominates, and we have to let her have that
By:
yeah that's true. And maybe Mirra can challenge her by 2027!
By:
Would Naomi have lost to Bouzkova, Potapova or Marketa? This would have been a huge opportunity for Coco to win Roland Garros with the upsets in the bottom half, and instead she's going to be destroyed by Iga in the semis.
By:
where would Naomi have been scheduled if she'd beat Iga? outside courts she'd probably struggle alot more with the heavy conditions so hard to know how far she would have got
By:
Iga dominating women's tennis as she does is nothing new. Evert, Graff, Navratolova, Williams all did
that in their time. However I think this is the weakest in terms of depth for decades. Am I being unfair? |
By:
good point. I think she would have been getting big courts due to being a 4 time Slam winner and having just beat Iga, but sometimes organizers are mugs with this kind of stuff and just looks at ranking, so hard to say.

Evert - 18 slams
Graff - 22 slams Navratilova - 18 slams S Williams - 23 slams Swiatek - 4 slams if she averages 1 per year for the next 7 years she'll end up with 11. I highly doubt she'll reach that number. I see her finishing with 6, 7 or at a push 8 slams. |

who's gonna win all the Slams?

By:
do you see Iga dominating the next 5 years? winning say on average 2 slams per year and hitting 15 slams by the end of 2029?
By:
that reality just feels so farfetched to me
By:
maybe I slightly underestimate her and it'll be more like a rate of 1.5 slams per year between 2024 and 2029 which will give her 13 by the end of 2029. but even that seems too many to me. oh well, time will tell all!
