that reminds me of when Nalbandian kicked the advertising hoarding at Queens against Cilic in the final and was defaulted, the lineman who was 'hurt' made a proper meal of it. Can't ever remember anyone other player being defaulted in a final, Serena was defaulted in the semi of the US Open allowing Kim into the final was the nearest
