I think Wimbledon is generally regarded as the second worst slam by players. Only the US Open are worse.

Marion just called Saint Malo an ITF event (where Zidansek lost in R2 recently).

Not by the top players, Edy. Certainly Federer and Djokovic have gone on record to confirm that Wimbledon is No.1. Rafa of course will favour the French, but most top players when asked will recognise Wimbledon as being the special one. There's no debate at all about Wimbledon being the most prestigious slam, for historical and many other reasons.
I would say the French is a clear second tho, and miles clear of the other 2. |
