And btw, let's not forget there are only 3 clay masters events and Monte Carlo I think is not even mandatory, there are 6 hard court masters and the WTF have always been indoor hard.
The tour is clearly tailored to favour one man, they've never considered changing it. The WTF should at least alternate between the two, does not matter if it comes off of the back of the indoor events, it would be the same for everyone regardless. |

Should turn Miami into a clay event

No. Get rid of grass altogether, it's rubbish.
Wimbledon should be clay. Two clay slams, two hard court ![]() |

But at least this clarification meant I wasn't the only one to react over him not saying anything about next year. |

May depend on whether he cares about the number 1 ranking, which he doesn't seem to that much. If it looks like it's in sight he might go for the huge jump in ranking points even getting to say the semis would provide, by comparison with not having played it at all last season. Problem for him is that he's relatively unlikely to do well at the French anyway, even more so if he doesn't warm up with another clay event or two and then he's flogging himself harder than he wants to or should do, probably. After all, he's got this selfish desire to continue winning grand slams, mostly to upset mesmerised, it seems from this thread.
