yeah, she clears a few grand a week she says but no idea if that's true. does a dog walking/sitting business too so is jogging / walking dogs in the day and then taking her idiot clients out later, surprisingly she's not uber quick, never broken 20 mins PB for 5k.

I've backed Woz, Keys, Sloane, and Svito. Think any of them can win it tho just went with what I thought was value.

Ostapenko I would imagine is my most profitable player of 2017 though off top of my head, donated last 2 weeks on her though.

more like £300 a week.
By:
n88uk
When: 18 Aug 17 01:54
Realistically there's way more potential winners than that.

Konta was super impressive today, Muguraza was very solid too. It's a great slam as really is so open.

she definitely clears 1k+ from her dog business, some idiot gave her £300 to look after his dog for a week (walks, dog sitting) and she's got loads on the books. mad prices.

And I know just 1 of her group sessions in the week she rakes in roughly £250, I don't think she'd lie to me, just think she has attracted clients willing to pay premium prices.

damn rain.

Halep, Osta, Coco, Venus, all potential winners too. Total minefield. Hopefully one of our darts hit the bull !

It's defo a minefield. It's a pure minefield imo. I look at the odds now and just get lost looking at them.
By:
n88uk
When: 18 Aug 17 02:01
It will come clear who is playing well after a few rounds like it has the last few grand slams then it will be clearer, but at this point it's just a pure minefield.
By:
Angela Rebecchi

Exactly, but then even then they're all prime to a mild shock ala Plisko vs Ryba at Wimbers.

n88uk will tell you that Ka Plis never plays well on the grass^

I believed in her though and she got crushed.

Might end up backing Konta, which is something I thought I would never say. Or Venus, she seems to up it in slams and 2 finals this year.

the GOAT Sloane Stephens is free money AR, and a huge price to boot. she should be trading in the 20's in this form yet she's 55.

Soon if there's no hope, but I think there is hope, so probably not soon for that reason.

I think they have got unlucky with how its gone tonight. There are very isolated storms in the area and they seem to keep getting hit.
By:
n88uk
When: 18 Aug 17 02:18
It should be clear for the rest of the night after this one, but it's gonna be pretty late by time courts get dried, so it's gonna come down to how willing they are to play until 2am. Probably will as long as it's 2am and not 5am.

Like it looks like they will get back on about 10pm from forecast.

hows the schedule looking. where will Svitolina v Goerges and Sloane v Kate fit into the schedule?
By:

When: 18 Aug 17 02:39
2nd on I imagine. Can't imagine shoving them out like Court 10 and 4.
By:
n88uk
When: 18 Aug 17 02:39
They will hope play starts in like 30 mins, the first 2 matches before them (one is 5-4 in the 1st anyway) end within a few hours and they will be at like midnight local time.

How wrong I was:

José Morgado‏Verified account @josemorgado  22s23 seconds ago
Svitolina-Goerges moved for Court 10

Stephens-Makarova moved for Court 4

They will try to start the 5 matches when the rain stops

By:

Should defo get the OOP done then, that's 1 match on each court.

for favouring Sloane over Elina?
By:
n88uk
When: 18 Aug 17 02:48
For favouring men's matches. As it is they had a terrible spot and that's just way it is that those matches hadn't started.

But there's gonna have been like 2 WTA matches to about 6 men's matches on top courts by end of today.

It's better for us most probably. Means night will be over by 6am rather than 8am.
