Come on Dominic, dont make a mess or hard work of this.
By:
definitely wouldn't trust him in a third set
By:
All depends about mannarino. Will he have enough in the tank, because thiem will overpower him in the long term.
By:
+ mannarino played quite a few more matches than thiem lately.
By:
thiem woke up the last couple points
By:

btw wise my mate who runs did a sub 18 min 5k. he says if i am serious about starting (i always talk the talk) that he would work me up 1k, then 2k etc, run/jog stlye, and then within a few months would aim to have me doing a sub 30 min 5k !

I don't know how big you are, but sounds a decent aim
By:
you wanna know something mad? if you could get yourself down to your natural skinny weight and ran 10 miles a day, you could eat what you're eating above and stay slim
By:
Card fee: £0.50
Delivery price: £0.00 Total: £34.30 never normally that much but got a ice cream and a beer too lol ![]() |
By:
because you burn a ridiculous amount of calories through running
By:
By:
I did 2 runs with my mate about 4 months ago trying to take it up, did a 2km (half jog half walk) and my shins and hips were fudged, oh dear !
By:
Isner about to serve

By:
but your shins and hips aren't 'broken' or wouldn't be like that when you're fit. they just get used to the running eventually and as the body weight drops and the regularity of the running increases you recover way quicker
By:
He said to take an ice bath, so need to learn to brave that if I am to properly give it a go ! I probably never will, I just talk about giving it a go a lot !
By:
and you will find that when you're super fit, you can jog 10 miles and next day you'll have no soreness and not much fatigue at all either aslong as you reful yourself right (plenty of calories, get that Papa Johns XL down you)
By:
he does a 2.5k circuit it's mad to think he could go round twice before i could go around once! you'd nearly double lap me i think !
