there are probably some DRM/authentification problems right now when starting new streams would be my guess

By:
1xbet could just pay a TennisTV subscription and source that.
By:
Isn't TennisTV really delayed?

"this is the WTA English language commentary Channel 1, this is the WTA international audio channel 3, this is the WTA international audio channel 3"
is what they're saying on 1xbet stream now after Lepchenko match. |

Кафельников Евгений @KYevgeni
With withdrawal of top two seeds at @kremlincup_ru ,@WTA has proved that they are the worst calendar organization.Needs urgent reforms! 12:53 PM - 19 Oct 2015 · Moscow, Russia, Rossiya Retweeted by Dinara Safina. (That's Yevgeny Kafelnikov if it's not clear). |

they are indeed, caramba. Thanks for the heads up

Isn't Tarpishev usually running Moscow? He's still suspended, no?
By:
No wonder the tournament is in ruins then this year
By:
Was that Sascha Nensel watching? Is he coaching Barthel these days?
By:
nah, wasn't Nensel now that I googled his mug again
By:
Don't know if he's still suspended.
Let's be honest though, Kafelnikov is right. The end of season is a shambles. All the post-US tournaments bar Hong Kong probably aren't happy. You wouldn't want to be WTA right now, a lot of angry TD's and the like seemingly. And the solutions aren't easy. |

ffs one mega tart thread is bad enough now we've got two for the sake of a name change.
I'm putting a hex on anyone that makes one from now, Transmutatae, Corpus Vitae, Terracotta! that's it, you can't move. |
By:
This thread name is better for people to understand what the thread is about. DStyle was right. "Asian swing is finnish" is a bit vague in terms of what the thread is about.

Only Wuhan and Beijing should be pissed
By:
Sharapova and Azarenka messed those two chinese tournaments up. Serena only ever plays in Asia with disdain anyway, so couldn't be expected to show up.
By:
Only because the race went to the wire. Linz still ended up with crap. Only really Hong Kong come up good. Moscow has players chasing to the wire, but has also had the withdrawals of Kvitova, Wozniacki, Radwanska, Kerber.
And it's already been documented the Chinese tournaments (Wuhan) and probably Beijing weren't happy. They were just messes with so many of the big names out early/not playing. |
By:
speaking of Asian tournaments. Did you hear that Klizan will get an additional off week starting next year?
Last time he played in Tokyo he complained "These courts are so fast. Fastest courts I've ever seen. jadda jadda, I hate it" So he played Beijing this year and complained "That smog was sick. I threw up after the match. I will never be back" |
By:
Stuff like Moscow especially clearly isn't sustainable in the current situation. It's always going to be treated like crap by the top players. You wonder how they feel towards someone like Kvitova who is entered their tournament I think 3 years in a row and withdrawn all 3 times. If she enters next year, can you really advertise using her?
By:
Moscow's problem could so easily be fixed by giving players one, maybe two weeks off after it before the WTA Finals. The Finals aren't stuck in the calendar because they want to coincide with singaporean holiday, are they?
