I'd be interested to see what Murray's game plan will be cos he'll need a good one, Praying wouldn't go a miss, or pretending there's no ball mark on the line at every opportunity, coming closer to the net and whacking the ball square between the eyes, false ball t0sses to bypass time violations and maybe long toilet breaks leaving him to burn in the 34°c sun, when his best is marginally better than your best and there's a French Open final at stake, it's the best tactics to deploy imo because other than that he hasn't got a chance, you only live once.

It will start as they're not prolonged and will be interspersed, a wawa and Novak win today.

it'll be a start if murray ignores djokovic when he feigns injury,he falls for it every time.

Joker hasn't had to feign injury for a long time now. Unlike big mamma who does it almost every slam.

If she's done this every time to win 19 slams, why haven't the other players cottoned on to this yet?

Mugray better in faking injuries than Djoker

I don't know about faking injuries, I rekon it is plausible that during the course of two weeks' tennis players pick up niggles and hurt during matches.
Wrt the match, murray is the only guy with a slight chance of beating Djokovic. It is crucial for murray that he takes all the sets he dominates. When they met at the Aussie he should have been 2-0 up and wasn't and that hurt him too badly. I think muzza represents great value and is likely to take on of the first two sets and present an opportunity for a profitable trade, if trading is your game.

Why is it a player's business if they're opponent is faking an injury?

haha...in fact it is not player's business. It is a business of sore losers fans who are looking for any excuse to feel better when their hero loses. It is a psychological mechanism that makes a victim feel less frustrated.

Remember one of Melbourne finals when Murray was about to serve, and then a butterfly came down, and that totally destroyed Murray's focus and he lost that game...and the entire match because of that! Someone kills all butterflies. Cry

To add: It is A Murray's invention that Djoko faked an injury in last AO final. Why a superior player neeed to fake anything to beat a player he owns!

Djokovic traditionally struggles in the heat and humidity and has played his best slam matches at night when it's cooler, but v Nishi SF US open 14 he looked cooked and pulled out of the Aussie 09 match v Roddick half way through with heat illness.

Yes the keeper was yards off his line and Murray put it wide.

Not exactly uncommon for Novak to pull out underhand tricks from his bag like this. But it's just delaying the inevitable, there is no chance Murray will win. Break has reduced the momentum flow.
By:

When: 05 Jun 15 19:01
it's a shame in a way he's allowed to do that. momentum is such a huge part of the game that to be allowed to control it like that is a little unfair and not great for the spectacle either
