because I couldn't get on it for 3 days. i rang up the provider and they said they had to lock it because of security. someone had tried very hard to access it and reset my password

everytime I opened my client to get my emails, it would bring up an error. i wasn't too fussed about it so just kept trying ti everyday. after 3 days of it not working, tried the website login and that wouldn't work. so i contacted the provider and they explained that my account had been locked because of security concerns
