Why I think the match is so pro-Sharapova in the first place. Is Halep does too much reacting in this match up. Rather than pro-active on the baseline. If you do that, you are basically just hoping Sharapova misses. That was her problem in Madrid too. She wants to play her tennis on the baseline, but just gets forced further and further back.

She took it to Sharapova in the first set in Madrid, but then backed off far too much. I think today she's also been a bit too passive for my taste so far, even if she's leading.
