Someone who's supervising cameras in gyms in the area must have seen her walking into a gym machine and hit her head. However it now looks that it wasn't so bad.

Aza money at about 5 on the outright was taken/removed when the match prices went on the move but that outright money is back now plus some at 4.9.

I reckon someone meant to back £100k on Aza but put it on Pennetta by mistake. The rest was just panic as everyone pressed their payout buttons to get out

It could just be one person with more money than sense going a bit silly pushing the odds right out on here and throwing every exchange and bookmaker in to chaos as most of them all follow betfair odds.

Yes but outright money is very small, just hundreds not tens of thousands which you would expect if there was some sort of injury or other serious concern.

I don't ever work with fractions, but is it possible someone intended to put a huge Aza lay at 1/3 (1.33), but misclicked and offered 2/3 (1.67)?

tbh i didnt even find flavia's odds exciting when she was 5+ because i think her chances of beating Azarenka are slim to none. Even if Pennetta plays beyond herself again as she is playing throughout this tournament it is still not enough.

It happened fairly gradually at first but seemed to be in lumps of £hundreds at a time then gathering pace.
Then changed direction to get back to about where it started. Didn't seem to be a single click mistake. |

If this was the case then Aza's odds should come back to 1.20-1.25, but there is still plenty available at 1.35. The asians offer also @1.33, so it looks like there is something dodgy going on. The drift was not sudden either. 1.66-1.67 could be a panic lay but the general drift is real. |

never can tell if it's inner market shananings or if someone knows something we dont. kvitova vs rad yearly this year had something like this but not so big (and kiv was actually patched up then). kiv did won and those prices were punished. here aza will take it if is physically fine. h2h is rather old
