I don't think I have ever seen a court require as much treatment as the centre court here before being playable. And these mug American organisers think they can dry courts quicker without court covers Laugh.

I think I can make out something that look like floodlights. I would be surprised if it doesn't. I mean this started what about 6:30pm local time. They must have expected it to go past 8pm.

No idea, it's hard to tell. What is the problem with green clay is the actual clay on green clay is a very thin layer. So whereas red clay events can kinda get away with no covers (though most of them still have covers) because they can just dump another load of red clay down absorbing the moisture, you can't just do that on green clay. That makes it even more ludicrous they don't have covers though.
