This mystifies me really. I mean, the potential drawing of Rafa in the quarter's/semi's I guess is the major reason, but, that still doesn't make him bigger than 13/8 in my eyes. So, 14/5 about a 13/8 shot. I'm perplexed by this having just had a butchers tonight. Any views?

Because the market thinks he will be bigger than 13/8 to beat Nadal alone.

Indeed. As a whole, the market here obviously thinks very differently to I ConfusedFor there to be such a BIG price discrepancy between fixed odds and exchange prices is bizarre though. I'm pretty surprised no-one else has commented on this either. Also, that no heavy hitters have come in at the large price. Ah well, I'll have a small bet and fingers crossed the draw is favourable Happy

Rafa looks like the fittest player on the whole tour atm, he is more hungry than ever to get back on top of the pile.

Last year didn't Djoko start about 3.6 to beat Nadal so this price isn't that surprising imo.

yes the seedings makes a huge difference

potentially could face Federer, then Ferrer then Rafa in the final which certainly would make 13/8 look very skinning

And realistically Nadal is going to be super short to reach Djokovic whatever round it is scheduled for. Nadal will probably start sub 1.2 vs everyone else in the draw.

i must admit nadal looks an absoloute cert barring injury. seen him at 2/1 about a month ago but didnt take it Cry
