For there to be such a BIG price discrepancy between fixed odds and exchange prices is bizarre though. I'm pretty surprised no-one else has commented on this either. And realistically Nadal is going to be super short to reach Djokovic whatever round it is scheduled for. Nadal will probably start sub 1.2 vs everyone else in the draw.
