maybe try to place bets above sp and see if they get matched in play
Report Srichaphan or Ancic? October 10, 2012 2:43 AM BST
Maybe because youre trying to bet on big odds.

Yeh maybe. Was working well for a couple of weeks so was just carrying on from then. Maybe i was just having a fluke week (backing underdogs and they were winning ie Kilzan in Russia) but this week it's not.

If you think about it, there are 7 matches today in which the odds for favourites are above 1.4. I would guess at least 2 or 3 of those are going to lose, so your chances of picking a wrongun are going to be quite big.

Good point.

Underdogs are not having a good week this week, especially in the mens.
Report Srichaphan or Ancic? October 10, 2012 2:52 AM BST
Statistically, 1.4s are the safest odds, they win more than their odds suggest they should. But if you go into the 1.5s 1.6s territory, that changes a lot.

I think Raonic is at nice odds today. People assume that because he had a good week, he will not perform in this tournament. But he has ambitions for climbing well into the top ten, and he could do that with a couple of good tournaments.

Simon to beat Dolgopolov @1.75. Dolgo lacks consistency, Simon has good retrieving skills. Dolgo to go into UE mode.

Simon and Raonic are the two games i was looking at myself.

What about Kohlstreiber. Lopez is pretty poor these days?
Report Mike-lfc October 10, 2012 2:58 AM BST
Also Querrey against Nishikori. I think he had a one off tournament in front of his own fans and i think Querrey might be too good today. Could also be tired.

Simon doesnt have a lot to play for except some preparation for tournaments in his own country. Kohlschreiber is unpredictable, I usually see if he loses the first set, because he is not good from that position and then I bet on the other player. Gasquet could be worth a punt, and probably Tsonga.

Guys what do u think about Kohli - Lopez? Few last Phillipp's games wasn't perfect, but can Lopez defeat him today?
