i actually think that this is my favourite match up in tennis at the moment.
they are both ferociously motivated and clearly absolutely detest one another. it brings a great bit of texture to the encounters: it's actually the sort of thing the tv channels and wta should make more of (instead of this strong is beautiful pap), but with Serena always blowing them aside i suppose you'd need it to be the headline encounter. |

also having a hard time understanding the market... I think the market (as a whole) is in love with its pre-match prediction that azarenka will dominate... otherwise I can't explain how maria, 3-0 up would be so high... she rarely loses in three sets... |

Sharapova's serve is only effective against a returner as good as Azarenka if she is making the first, if its the second serve, I'll always make Aza the favourite for the point, granted she is playing half decent
