federer is too old and will never win another slam, and he owes djok for that oz semi

Murray has a tough draw...
By:

When: 28 Jun 12 23:07
murray has to go past raonic and then ferrer/delpotty to reach the semis

When: 28 Jun 12 23:08
it's still a hell of an opportunity to reach the final.

no guarantee raonic will even beat querrey and ferrer/del boy far from the hardest qf opponent he could face. neither has done much on grass

all players he should really beat

only ever loses to the top 3 in slams these days

but this is andy's year!

pressure well and truly on though. he'll get slaughtered by all and sundry if he doesn't reach the final now

yeah hopefully he's learnt from the roddick match

will be our first finalist since perry?

perhaps murray will finally get his act together and take advantage of the nadal opening, but he seems to have too much baggage nowadays. ffs, is he injured or not? even if he gets through his tough half of the draw, he'll never beat djok. against fed, on the other hand...

why do people think Delpo or Ferrer will be a threat on grass Confused

When: 28 Jun 12 23:30
Del Potro is a real dark horse from that quarter.
By:
Has this ever happened before?
When: 28 Jun 12 23:31
well he nearly beat djok in oz

in front of the home crowd might give him the edge

neither have him or fed have ever beaten murray here
By:

delpo will be cooked by the quarters

He has a pretty safe route to the final imo. Ferrer and Del Potro are tough but are hardly federer/djok/nadal quality. Raonic is one of the bigger threats in his bracket and Murrays return game will destroy his serve which is pretty much his whole game, Murray his worst match up. Murray is worth taking even if to just trade in later rounds imo

potty is hard to beat on any surface he has big serve and big weapons , nmurray owns him in h2h but taking his weak form in consideration both ferrer and  gelpotro are big threat for him
i like murray always support him to some extend but his wins over davidienko and not very convincing over karlovic means nothing, still think he will struggle

murray from 1 yr ago would be in the finl probably, this murray i doubt but wish him win this i would at least shut up all mugs for ever

well that's raonic gone

murray over 2/1 to reach the final ShockedShockedShocked

When: 29 Jun 12 13:51
raonic is awful on grass

not a threat in a million years
By:
Has this ever happened before?
When: 29 Jun 12 13:53
querrey isn't a threat either

so basically murray is 2/1 to beat tsonga Plain
By:
jsimpson67.
When: 29 Jun 12 13:55
baghdatis bigger threat than querrey/raonic yes because a worse matchup and actually has some  talent

so is ferrer

but 2 easy matches so yes basically

and could have said the same for tsonga when he was 16/1 ew (1/2) odds last night. 8/1 to beat murray

Tsonga will beat Murray in 4 sets in the Semi.
By:
Has this ever happened before?
When: 29 Jun 12 14:14
murray won all 4 since oz

not in murray's league
By:
Platini
When: 29 Jun 12 14:30
Tsonga is the threat, and if he gets past Murray will have a bigger chance of winning the title than Murray does.

only tsonga can prevent it surely. a knackered cilic and delboy/ferrer shouldn't pose too many problems on this surface
By:
Has this ever happened before?
When: 30 Jun 12 23:32
his conditioning is a slight worry but doesn't look serious

more serious was the super passive play for most of the match
By:
jsimpson67.
When: 30 Jun 12 23:33
well there's nothing new there im afraid

in the aussie perhaps, which was a long time ago. he also cut out the negativity then aswell but cant think of another time since really

cilic will be tight assuming he recovers in time

Well I for one am now putting a tenner on Murray to win the tournament so at least that should put paid to his chances.
