Almost two years since they have been on the court against each other. Roddick 5-2 in H2H but this is from 2007-2010 and since then, Querrey has grown as a player.
Three meetings in 2010 on indoor and all three times, Querrey winning games and sets.
Querrey on match number five on grass this year, winning 4 of them.
I can see Roddick picking up a set but feel the value bet is Querrey.

He gains points where those ranked past the 30 mark don't. Cracking top 30 is hard.
I'm tempted to wager half of what I intend and put the rest at around 2.5 since, like I said, I expect Roddick to make it a battle but Querrey will advance.

If Roddick was a bit further out, I would take it. I just feel that Roddick pushes himself early now and if he can't see the win coming, pushes more but lacks the finishing.

Roddick is retiring so likely he's only interested in trying to make a finale in the big events but if Querry gives him the game he'll take it.

i honestly can't believe it, i was going to trade out on the start of roddicks serve and get on roddick but it changed to quick
querry and roddick good friends off tour. Roddick having a nightmare in the last year, got knocked out in the first round last week on his best surface grass. Qurry reached the semi finals last week, needs a rest .... make your own conculusion
im so tempted to pile into roddick at 1.2 but given how bad RODDICK is as a player he can still manage to lose this match even if QUERRY keeps giving him these gifts

Was on Overs so not overly disappointed here. Part of a double with Overs in the Gasquet match, which should be starting shortly. Bookies here stay open until 10pm all year round so that'll keep me busy while I'm stuck at work.

I think that's me. I don't think I've had a single benefit from an injury/retirement. Lost plenty from them instead though.
