If the line judge is the one who has complained he would have to be really, as its fairly clear it has happened, albeit recklessly rather than malicious
Nalbandian will be told to plead guilty by a lawyer and he will get a caution, end of story If it is a busybody member of the public that has complained I doubt he will be charged |

Just been in touch with David's people to offer my legal services. I'm not sure I'll be called upon though as this is a ridiculous situation. The police will 'investigate' as a complaint has been received, presumably from one A.Castle, but it won't go any further. i suspect you're too late. the complaint will have come from the linesjudge after Castle put him in contact with First 4 Lawyers (grabbing the much needed referral fee since his breakfast time work dried up). |
