Simon to win set, and then someone to take big odds on Berlocq and Berlocq to win match
![]() |
By:
too unpredictable
one thing i know is im not betting on simon a break up here no way |
By:
ok so the break is for now :/
By:
And people were saying of course, that Berlocq v Nalbandian was not a fix. Think again, after this match, if he loses.
By:
Who the hell plays a 100 minute first set in a fixed match
By:
i think the match v bandy was sus
By:
what can we expect now ..
By:
2-to-1 while a set up!!!!!!!!
By:
just put your bank where your mouth is and put your bank on simon if you're 100% convinced it's a fix. Easy, isn't it?
By:
no way this is a fix....
By:
Explain the odds then.
By:
Its either an injury, which you disproved, or a fix, surely?
By:
speculation, ppl without a feed making bets against the run of play.
By:
Speculation affects the market yes, but it usually rebalances.
By:
now CB is suddenly fav.
By:
do you remember last year 1st round in acapulco: Eduardo Schwank Juan Ignacio Chela?
By:
WTF Simon
By:
if this was a fix, surely more money would be going on simon now
By:
It does not have to be fixed for a match winner. It can be the equivalent of spot fixing in cricket.
By:
i.e. someone knew that Simon would break serve first.
By:
The odds are always like this when someone seems injured. The market can't work out how much to compensate so you just get people following the last few bets and creating waves of money that push the odds too far every time someone breaks/ goes 0-30 down/ the injured person limps slightly/ injury time out is taken.
This is simply not fixed - A player like Simon has absolutely NO NEED to. Money? no. Huge risk? yes. There's your answer. |

There've been quite a few matches in the past with far too high odds or huge prematch drifts that turned out to not be fixes later. From the top pf my head Koellerer-Ancic, Dabul-Soeda, Bammer-Azarenka, Schnyder-Dementieva.
Feel free to think it's fixed and put your bank on it. C'mon, easy free money. |
By:
What is he doing
By:
they have been out there for 2hr and 20min... in 30 degrees celsius... dont think its a fix.
By:
As I said, it doesnt have to be a match fix.
By:
shame as last week what a load of rubbish from Simon can't hold on at all
By:
utter joke and odds could have been had what am i doing on this match again
By:
thank god this looks like the first game i read correctly today....so far, unless berlocq retires now?
By:
Whats the chance Carlos blows it from here
By:
What a loser Simon is
By:
the market manipulation took place for 18 games in this match... wtf is betfair doing??? wasn't that so f... obvious... one set down fav simons... 3-3 on the second set and ooops fav berloq
By:
