if knapp did win, this is all about the single market maker's bot operating on every non televised match failing to pick up the switch in names. which is understandable. given the slight difference in names between the atp scores and betfair, there's a manual process hooking the two up, so you wouldn't want subsequent reads to change the linking.

mau, if you want to dispute it, you can contact Betfair and tell them you intend to go to IBAS for a resolution. Ask them to send you a form, which they should do. When they have sent the form, send it off to IBAS, with printed screenshots. See what happens.

they won't resettle this as KK is the actual winner... even the official SB was right the last 3/4 of the match... BF was reluctant to settle it until the got sure the official SB was right especially to avoid any resettling mess...

Complain to Betfair, with the screenshots, then if you don't get anywhere, decide whether you want to dispute it via IBAS.
